 Post subject: Update Critical with Port Open OK

hi

I got this critical error. I have just changed my password, and i am bale to login using the new password to www.dyndns.com and i have also change the password to the update client.

But now, i am having this critical error. I have also checked that my port is open. What should i do? Thanks

Unfortunately you didn't post enough information for anybody to be able to start helping you. Can you provide:

  • The version of Windows, including service pack, you're running
  • The version (number) of the update client
  • The full error message, including log file entries
