This are the steps you need to follow:

1) Log on to your DynDNS.org account. Go to - My Account under "My Zone/Domains"

Click on - "Add Zone/Domain Services"
Type - Your Domain Name
Name Registration Select - None
DNS Services Select - Dyn Standard DNS
Email Routing Select - I already have mail hosting
Click - Continue

Note: This will identify that your domain name was added to DynDNS list and will be used to point the NS servers that will be provided after this step.

2) On the computer that you want to run your website from, first run "Dyn Update Client" program

Here is the link:
dyn.com/support/clients/

NOTE: This will help if your computer has a dynamic ip, ***BUT*** still run it if you have a static ip.

3) Log on to your godaddy account input your NS given by DynDNS.org at the Set NameServers Link

Mine where as follow: (probably your will be too)

ns1.mydyndns.org 204.13.248.76
ns2.mydyndns.org 208.76.60.2
ns3.mydyndns.org 208.78.69.76
ns4.mydyndns.org 91.198.22.76
ns5.mydyndns.org 203.62.195.76

NOTE: Do not pay attention to the IPs you don't need to declare them any where (they where already pointed when you added the domain name in step one)
Do NOT use the DNS Manager from Godaddy at all.

4) At your DynDNS.org account go to My Account/My Service

Under the "Host Services" tab Click on - Add Hostname
Type - Any thing that will represent the website you will host
Select - Any domain name from the list and accept
Type - the computer's ip where you going to host your website (the Dyn Updater auto detects the ip)

NOTE: The host name will help keep track of the web hosting machine's ip for you if it changes (if you have a static ip also do this step, it won't hurt)

5) At your DynDNS.org account go to My Account/My Service

Under the "Zone Level Services" tab Click on - Dyn Standar DNS Service
First thing to do if not already done Add Hostname, Click on - Add Hostname button
At the Hostname field leave it blank
Service type, leave it at - Host with IP address
IP address, type - the server IP address
Click on - Create host button

6) At your DynDNS.org account go to My Account/My Service
Click on - Add alias (CNAME) button
Create all the CNAME records you need

NOTE: The essential one is:
Hostname: www
Alias: YourDomainName.com
